We are here to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.  Our sales and support team will do everything possible to insure you are comfortable with placing an order and happy with the products you receive.

Please inspect all orders upon delivery and notify your sales associate with 8 days of receipt if there is an issue.  While we pride ourselves on excellent customer service, it is possible there may be a mistake with your order.

We issue a free virtual proof with every order before production.  Products that are branded with your logo (your artwork) are not returnable unless the product(s) is defective or the logo does not match your artwork.

If there are any concerns with the quality of your product(s), we are more than happy to offer a refund, discount on your next order or reprint the product(s).

If you order undecorated items (blank goods) you can return them in the condition in which they were sent, in which case you will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee.  Returns of blank goods must be made within 8 days of purchase.
